- Payments are made using PayPal check out.
- HAIR ORDERS TAKE 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. Weekends & holidays are NOT included.
- ALL orders take 1-2 weeks to be processed and packed (Estimated wait time after your order has been placed ). Weekends and holidays are NOT included. All items are shipped via USPS items are shipped priority mail. we do NOT offer express or overnight shipment.
- Pre-order items take 7-10 business days to process then shipped unless shipment day is listed.
- Once orders are processed and you have received your tracking number via email PLEASE allow 24-48hrs for USPS to scan your package in. For updates on your package you will need to contact USPS customer service on updates with tracking. We are not responsible for any delays or appointments.
- She’sLovelyHair isn’t responsible for any lost, stolen or Damaged items.
- If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service.
- Please make sure your address is correct and updated! EXAMPLE: If you live in an apt complex you MUST include your apt number to make sure you receive your order.
- We are NOT responsible for mistakes on addresses.
- If an order is placed on a national holiday or after 2 p.m. EST on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be shipped on our shipment days. ALL orders take 1-2 weeks to process, pack and ship.
RETURN POLICY
- No returns or exchanges. All sales are final from She’sLovelyHair.
- Once an order is placed we do NOT cancel orders.
- Please make sure you are using the correct payment method for your order. This includes ALL hair orders!
- Make sure you are checking too with the correct sizes and items.
- We DO NOT accept hair packages back for returns, For sanitary reasons.
- All hair orders are FINAL sale on She’sLovelyHair.
- ALL MAKEUP & ACCESSORIES ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE, NO REFUNDS.
